A representative from the HCHGS is available at the Haywood County Public Library in Waynesville on Fridays from 1pm to 4pm in the North Carolina Room (map).

The HCHGS maintains a Resource Center on South Main Street in Waynesville which is open only by appointment. Please contact us to make an appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

The HCHGS member meetings are open to visitors and we invite all those interested in history and genealogy to join us. Check our Calendar for times and locations.

Queries

The HCHGS provides a limited query service through the volunteer efforts of its members. A query request may be submitted to the HCHGS using the following methods:
